• Establishes strong relationship with HPE Sales Managers, Territory Account Managers & Channel Managers and works closely with them to successfully execute sales strategies and roadmap
• Supports Channel Partners’ sales and marketing team by supplementing product knowledge and technical expertise.
• Builds professional relationships with Channel Partners and collaborate effectively.

• Primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
• Help customers through email, phone, online presentations and in person meetings.
• Understanding the clients requirements and provide configuration, quotation and pricing.
• Responsible in deal project registration and monitoring sales process progress.
• Strategize & coordinate with the product manager and technical team for any client demand & needs.

• To grow the business of small medium business client segment.
• Activate dormant accounts.
• Assigned to sell all products/brands carried by MSI-ECS.
• Provide the proposal and quotation for client requirements on a timely manner.
• Ensure updated pipeline on a daily basis.
