Founded in May 2021, R3M Ventures is a company working in retail, manufacturing and providing new multidisciplinary approaches for solving complex issues in the field of health fitness & construction.

- Worked as site architect for the CSR project of client - Vedanta Foundation for the construction of Aanganwadi Centers in approximately 50 villages of Chittorgarh, Rajasthan. The major role was to understand the grassroot level issues in the villages in the construction process and rectify the issues for budgetary and time bound delivery schedules.- Worked in the design team of various govt projects such as hospitals, offices and commercial complexes.

Worked in the design and execution team for various interior commercial as well as residential projects. Led a team of 20+ engineers and contractors for successful execution of various projects within the specified time and budget.

College Representative at the National Architectural Student Body NASA ( National Association of Students of Architecture). Was shortlisted by the process of elections held in the college and later selected through interviews conducted by seniors and faculty. Major role was to lead college students to organize and prepare teams within the college for various competitions that were organized by NASA at the national level convention between 200+ architecture colleges of the country.

Worked in the design team for various national and international level architectural design competitions. Was also involved in various ongoing architectural design of commercial as well as residential complexes. One of the roles was also to issue working drawings and coordinate correct execution on site.

Convention Head for the Annual College Convention 2015. Successfully led a organizing team of 60 people and organized a 3 days & 2 nights convention in the campus with a 1000+ student participants. Kick Started the convention's social media marketing efforts, helped optimize the budget, analyzed and solved previous convention 's setbacks to encourage maximum participation.
