Managing $500 mn business financials for consumerlaptop and desktop including forecastingand budgeting.Controlling and reporting of P&L variances.Controlling the prices and product discounting.Revenue and gross margin management throughclose monitoring of product-wise revenues,discounts and channel margins.SKU wise profitability and channel wise profitabilityto facilitate effective decision making.Setting and monitoring of new businesses such astablets to ensure no P&L leakages. Managing megadeals and large government orders as additionalresponsibility.Liasioning with internal audit and controllershipteams, close coordination with regional finance,supply chain, marketing, tax, treasury etc. enablinginsightful business analysis.Responsibilities as Finance Analyst:(Feb 12 - Feb 14)Handled end-to-end financial management ofLaser Printers, a USD 300 mn business segment.Revenue and profitability tracking and reportingincluding forecasting and variance, discount usage,stock availability, product mix and processimprovements.Detailed Budgeting.Coordination with respective business heads toanalyze their performance and identifying the areasof improvement.

Monthly, yearly and five yearly budgeting,forecasting and business planning.Detailed business analysis and variance reports andmonth end MIS- covering all aspects of businessincluding P&L and cash flows.Tracking and highlighting areas of improvement andmaintaining finance scorecard of each businessleader.Direct interaction with business leaders andhandling of their respective MIS, reporting and dataanalysis needs.Part of the finance team for monthly review withbusiness leaders on their performance and areas offocus.

Handling FP&A and business analysis for Consulting business. Includes Budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling. Detailed business analysis and Profit and loss account variance analysis. Detailed business reporting covering all aspects of the business.
