I was involved in IVR (Interactive voice Response) One voice application which handles the call controls in their call centers. Call transfer, calls on holds, Inbound/Outbound calls all done through this technology and all these services providers are done using JAVA technologies following the Spring MVC patter and Hibernate methodology.• Migrated the existing application that runs on mainframe to Java Microservices with Angular 4.0 and deployed .EAR files for Web sphere server.• Worked with production on call support team 24/7 in debugging and fixing various production issues.• Involved in gathering requirements from product and business analyst to analyze them.• Designed and developed the UI using JavaScript view component, JSP, HTML, CSS and jQuery.• Utilized Hibernate for Object/Relational Mapping (ORM) purposes for persistence onto the DB2 database.• Deployed the applications on IBM Web Sphere Application Server.• Migrated seam service to microservices and used Jenkins for build and deployment.• Automated Neustar test cases using Jenkins.• Implemented Ansible scripts to updated database connections from T5 to T8 Data model.
