1.Ensured material availability to meet production requirements according to MRP( Material resource planning).2. A project based on EDI(electronic data interchange) connectivity with supplier was completed and target was achieved where different suppliers were connected and problems faced by them were resolved. The EDI connectivity increased to 85% from 60% and advance shipping note which was a time taking process was now automated from supplier side which saved time and efforts of employees in the department. Advance shipping note percentage now increased to 94% from 63%.This led to good vendor relations as well as it was a step towards digitalization.3. A project based on transfer of material movement from air route to sea route was completed in which different criteria of material movement were thoroughly examined and was changed to sea route. This project helped to reduce 1.3 Million INR yearly from total cost of material movement from vendors to plant and also helped to achieve reduction in Carbon emissions.4.Responsible for inventory management of critical and runner parts to achieve reduction in time and cost. 5. Worked in coordination with inter departments of Bosch plant for smooth material movement.6.Performed day to day and various other procurement activities which involved standard procedures.

Drafted project plans and scope. Fabricated various projects and also learnt advanced fabrication techniques.

Working of Rolling Mill was carefully understood and also different processes which are carried were supervised.
