*Responsibilities*• Sourcing, identifying, screening and recruiting passive high caliber executive talent in the functional & technical areas of Information Technology.• Creatively utilizing internet sourcing, social media and industry contacts to identify, network and recruit• Knowledge in Internet based recruiting tools• Negotiating rates, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates• Coordinated interviews, made initial offer to candidates, briefed candidates on Compensation• Work with Hiring Managers of top accounts to understand and identify the target skill sets• Organizing, managing and delivering on multiple projects simultaneously• Managing and handling all phases of the recruitment process• Searching for the right profile from various online job portals (Monster, Dice, Career Builder and prohire).• Doing the first level of the technical screening of the consultants before submitting them for the requirements.
