- Assisted in initiating the Electric Vehicle (EV) branch within the FSAE program, facilitating collaboration with professors and engaging students on campus to integrate EV technology into UGA’s engineering program. -Achieved an 82% reduction in camber gain by designing and running simulations in OptimumKinematics, adapting ICE suspension to meet EV requirements and adjusting for new wheel diameters. -Modeled and Manufactured suspensions components using SolidWorks and machining, and resolved flaws in structure by redesigning tie rods in SolidWorks, resulting in improved grip while turning. -Tested suspension components with a safety factor above 1.5 using SolidWorks FEA to ensure they met competition standards. -Built and managed a new team of 12 members, providing training and effectively delegating tasks to drive the suspension pro ject forward.-
