I am a BEng Electrical & Electronics Engineer who has always had a deep interest in the field due to early exposure to business and the factory through my family. Upon formally joining Rishab Industries in April 2023, I have learnt about the endless nuances of running, managing and growing an MSME business which has further instilled a renewed drive to enhance the organization and capture growth opportunities. As a Business Development Manager at Rishab Industries, I am responsible for identifying and securing new opportunities for growth and expansion in the manufacturing sector. I am passionate about developing and managing strategic partnerships, negotiating contracts, and delivering value-added solutions to clients. I have also contributed to the innovation and improvement of the company's products and services, leveraging my knowledge and skills in engineering, design, production planning, & quality assurance. My core competencies include business development, strategic partnerships, contract negotiation, management, and quality assurance. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to collaborate with diverse and talented teams. My goal is to help Rishab Industries achieve its mission of becoming a leading and trusted transformer manufacturer globally.Apart from my professional life, I am an avid traveler with a knack of exploration who also enjoys solo backpacking across the world. Being surrounded by nature, hiking and cold plunges are some activities that I find invigorating and also bring me closer to this beautiful planet we call our cosmic home.
