Roles and responsibilities:1. Interacting with clients, understanding briefs, planning and managing campaigns, evaluating monthly, and enhancing the brand’s position. 2. Thoroughly knowing the brand accounts, including values, products, goals, plans, and target audiences. 3. Strategizing monthly/quarterly campaigns to meet brand objectives based on client briefs. 4. Setting project timelines based on brand priorities and keeping clients informed on progress. 5. Regularly collecting client feedback on work quality and areas for improvement. 6. Managing and tracking monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets to maximize use and pursue up-selling. 7. Identifying opportunities for integrated services for existing clients. 8. Acting as the primary custodian for the brand during integrated activities.

- Acting as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns andneeds. - Maintaining accurate client records, keeping track of finances on the brand- Setting up processes and making sure it’s been followed by the team so they are organised- Brainstorming and contributing on new briefs that are on boarded and setting up timelines with the clients POC and helping the team with strategy- Sharing creative input on ideas and campaigns- Monthly report to the Client regarding the account's activities- Daily research along with the junior strategist regarding social media platform updates and trends and synthesize them to use in creative ideation with the design and creative teams- Presenting ideas to the clients effectively with minimal supervision from seniormanagement

- Working on brand projects and contributing to the creation of digital experiences. - Managing work efficiently, generating ideas collaboratively with the team, and creating content. - Working across multiple platforms to drive engagement and positive customer behavior.

- Planning and executing the overall digital marketing strategy for multiple brands. Managing all socialmedia platforms and auditing them.- Suggesting different marketing initiatives like performance marketing, influencer collaboration, following up on trends and adapting the same to increase the brand presence in the target markets and audience.- Coordinating internal projects with different departments, determining the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction, and providing recommendations to make sure that client objectives are met.- Analysing quarterly reports of multiple brands, to track campaign growth and success rates. Insights are then picked and executed.- Meeting clients 'Marketing Team' for briefing sessions to understand their communication requirements and to pitch them different strategies.- Providing creative ideas for Google Adwords, Facebook ads, etc. to increase brand awareness. Doing complete brand audit to pitch different services.- Making website changes to make interface accessible, blog research, Google analytics.

Social Media Management:- Planning the platform strategy by managing various social media platforms and creating a calendar for multiple clients.- Conducting competitive research and staying up to date with trends and adopting the same as and when required.- Making quarterly reports to analyze and measure the results of various ad campaigns.Account Management: - Being the POC between the agency and the client.- Making sure the brief is decoded properly and delivered.- Contacting various internal stakeholders to deliver what has been expected.- Pitching the client new services of the company as and when required.

- Maintaining Social media hygiene on platforms like Facebook, Instagram & Pinterest.- SEO - Creating backlinks on a list of platforms given for website ranking.- Creating and analyzing the social media report.

- Making the monthly calendar and ideating content on social media for multiple clients.- Engaging with the audience on a community page on Facebook (The pink revolution)- Creating basic designs like menus, topical days, memes, and stories on Canva.- Coordinating amongst the client and internal team.
