• Manage all receiving shipments and dispatches on time• Manage and train at least 10-12 Warehouse in Charges who will be placed at each Stock Point. • Develop and implement policies and procedures at all Stock Points including safety, quality, stocking, and use of software for tracking.• Arrangement of materials based on their environment conditions like Main Components, Child parts, Tape parts, Charger, Battery, USB etc• Maintenance of ESD materials at proper designated place to ensure safety of the materials.• Ensuring each warehouse is organized, clean, and all components are stacked according to process. • Ensure that all incoming stock gets tracked accurately in software system in all warehouse and Stock Points throughout the factory location.• Manage dispatches accurately ensuring clear policies, procedures, and tracking. • Manage stocks through books and through physical verification. • Develop KPI for each team member and circulate with Chinese management• Maintenance of 6s on floor by giving training and audit.• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. • Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. • Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement. • Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. • Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. • Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

• Manage the planning process to ensure all daily operation activities are executed and met • Periodical space and resource planning to ensure smooth operational flows and proper utilization of space. • Prepare KPI report for management's review • Conduct in-house training to ensure all staff are cross trained in the product.• Manage overtime and provide inputs for staff's hiring, termination, promotion and performance assessment • Analyze and produce realistic monthly P&L reports • Ensure cost control programmes are effectively implemented to manage cost • Ensure Company policies and quality procedures are effectively carried out • Project management and implementation• Maintain proper and accurate documentation to ensure clear and precise information on all stock movements, condition and certification held are readily available. • Manage all inventory control which includes investigating discrepancies and finding solutions, both internally and externally with clients in a professional and efficient manner. • Management of Loading Bays in a manner to ensure smooth operations and at all times maintaining the highest regard for quality and cost effectiveness. • Liaise directly with clients for requests for equipment and provide quotation for same. • Continuous review of work processes, propose and implement new measures to improve work efficiency and productivity. • Provide support, when requested, to other departments (Sales, Project, Accounts) on all Operational and Logistics related matters.
