I’m currently a Technology Consultant at EY India, working with clients across the EMEIA (Europe, Middle-East, India and Africa) region. My experience spans across product management, project delivery, and presales, with a focus on driving business transformation through technology solutions. My responsibilities include:• Analysing existing business processes to identify technology gaps.• Design and implement tailored technology solutions that align with client objectives.• Collaborate with designers and developers to prioritise product backlog, define requirements and manage timelines.• Enhance our core product based on market trends, client needs, and strategic objectives.I’m also actively involved in business development, from creating proposals and delivering product demos to developing low- to high-fidelity prototypes that illustrate potential solutions.I’m passionate about the product space and believe that a well-developed product is at the core of a successful business, driving value both for clients and the organization.
