• Qualifying and negotiating rates.• Involved in searching the resume portals like Career Builder, Dice and Monster.• Short listing the candidates based on the skill sets and experience• Negotiating with the employers regarding hourly dollar rate• Maintaining good rapport with the clients for getting requirements• Ensure resume appropriately reflects experience and requirement.• Conduct initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.• Check for the Candidate willingness to relocate to the Project location in case he/she is not a localCandidate.• Ensure candidate is able, willing and ready to take the position.• Ensure that adequate numbers of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.• Effectively dealt with US Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD and H1b’s.• A detailed learning on the Job description and source profiles based on the definite requirement• Review applications and conduct preliminary interview (Screening) to check fitment as per the requirement and Infosys hiring policies.• Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing candidates for clients’ needs Working withthe Team to maintain, develop accounts and coordinate interviews.• Searching the right candidates for the position by understanding the requirement of the client.• Using job portals like Monster.com, Dice.com, LinkedIn, Carrere Builder Etc.
