Daily manpower deployment as per shift plan.Maintain all 4m sheet if there is any change in process or in machine.Responsible for tool change and tool setting as per tool life of Machining &assembly line.Responsible for achieve all organizational target as efficiency, Bakido rate, chokko rate,& Yarijimai minimum rejection, down time etc.Trouble-shooting and resolving technical issues minimize downtime and maximum productivity.Participate in all activity like KAIZEN,Poka - Yoke, WHY-WHY analysis, CAPA formation.Responsible for manpower training like 5s, QC, 7QC tools, WISQC, WES, OPL, SWC and check sheet.Responsible for production documents like Daily production sheet (DPS), 4m, Abnormality handling sheet, Jh sheet, first and last inspection sheet, periodically inspection report (PIR),Log book etc.Involvement in manufacturing machines trial activities such as ITO, TTO, HVPT, and SOP to ensure supplier parts behavior during Machining and assembly.Knowledge of variable and attribute gouges.
