As a Bioinformatics Analyst at Vproteomics, I develop pipelines to automate the analysis of high throughput data from LCMS, using linear and logistic regression models for bio-marker prediction. I also use Tableau and R packages for data manipulation, visualization, and network analysis. I have a M.Sc. in Biotechnology from Dr. MPS Group of Institution, where I also completed a post graduate diploma in Business Management. I am passionate about Biology and Computer Science, and how they can unravel complex mysteries in life science domain. I have a year of experience as a Research Fellow, where I was involved in gene expression analysis of microarray datasets, identifying hub genes and regulatory networks involved in asthma. I have published two papers in Scientific Reports and GENE, and have multiple certifications in Linux, Computational Biology, and Data Science. I am actively seeking new opportunities to apply my bioinformatics skills and knowledge to solve real-world problems.
