• Client Management: Understand client’s business requirement and suggest a suitable solution. Drive client satisfaction by providing actionable inputs to the insights team• Business development: Undertake sales activity independently or along with seniors in terms of preparation and delivery of proposals. Identifying and recommending enhanced products and services that answers clients’ business needs• Advanced analytics: Closely analyzing retail panel data and also deep dive into store level data to identify growth potential for client’s brand – Penetration in high throughput stores, Extent of overlap within the portfolio and with competition, distribution opportunities etc• Team management: Brief back-end team on the project scope basis client’s requirement and work closely with them to get the report delivered to the client as per agreed timelines

• Identify key business opportunities/issues: Work closely with the marketing team to determine key business opportunities & issues and develop optimal research plan to address the same• Project management: Manage market research projects which include communication evaluation, concept and product tests. Co-ordinate projects with the research agencies. Interpret the research findings and provide actionable insights to the brand team• Market & Competition analysis: Lead retail panel, consumer panel and tracking analysis to study the share performance and understand the reasons for the same – Distribution, Price, Penetration, Consumption, Share of endorsement, Awareness etc• Direct Consumer Interactions: Meet consumers to understand their expectations and then assist marketing team to develop propositions to address the need gap• Multi country projects: Effectively handle researches in other South Asia countries as well namely Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri lanka

Formulate proposal basis client brief and plan the research• End to end Project Management: Questionnaire design, Briefing the field team and monitoring the progress of the studies, Analyzing the data and developing suitable hypothesis, Preparing and presenting the findings to end clientNature of projects handled: 1. Product related: New launch, existing product improvement, competitor benchmarking andproduct rationalization 2. Concept related: Concept short listing studies, concept - product test studies3. Communication testing and Tracking studies: Advertisement pre-testing & continuous brandtracking studies for clients like Colgate Palmolive and Mondelez 4. Ad hoc studies: Customer satisfaction, category understanding studies for clients like Vodafone and Tab cab
