Profile Product development of the PCO products in accordance with the requirement of the various major telecom operators such as Airtel , Idea , Vodafone , Aircel etc.( For example GID lock , Network lock , Sim lock , Multiple lock etc. )Worked as All India Trainer and gave training to the pan India service centres.Product development(testing) of various PCO devices such as FWP , Walky etc.Troubleshooting of all types of GSM mobile phones which includes fault finding, repairing, parameterization, software upgradation of handsets using chip level servicing & software upgradation tools.Worked as a Level 4 repair engineer and did repairing for various brands such as LG , Tata , Fly etc.Repairing faulty handsets which involves both software & chip level repairs.Handling customer complaints. Hands on experience of Soldering on Multi-layered PCBs, Ball grid Array chips, SMDs, etc.
