Handling Reverse Logistics for Store Returns. - Handling and processing reverse shipments from EBO, SiS and RTVs. - Managing Open and Closed deliveries for store return Shipments. - Handling Credit Notes of the customers - Monitoring KPIs and SLAs.4. WMS designing in coordination with IT Team and performing UATs (User Acceptance Tests) to release best of the WMS Product for newly boarding customers.5. Conducting CC, Perpetual counts, Wall-to-Wall count, monitoring Bin accuracy, handling task of Bin consolidation, fulfilling Inventory SLAs were part of responsibilities as an Inventory InCharge.6. Coordinated as a Logistic Coordinator and have done Vehicle planning, vehicle appointments and Load distribution to delivery partners (DPs).7. Facilitating daily morning meetings of team to address any areas of improvement, celebrate achievements to boost motivation, and set clear targets for the day ahead, fostering a positive and goal-oriented work environment.
