I was allotted the work of Filing RTI's and preparing briefs for property related cases.

During the above period, I assisted in doing research work on various facets ofthe procedural and substantive law including The Indian Patent Act 1970;Trademark Act 1999; Indian Copyright Act 1957; Design Act 2000, along with thevarious rules, Local and Land Laws.During the period I attended client meetings and made briefs and case notes ofthe cases in our Law firm. I even drafted replies to the Examination reports ofthe Registrar of Trademark. I worked on all the services related to all IPmatters, filing, IP Search, IP Watch, registering Trade Marks, Industrial Designs,Patents and Copyrights including renewals, Rectifications, Oppositions, licensingand enforcement, preparing and recording the agreements, assignments andtransfer deeds, Domain Name Registration and other related services of Domainname, Legalization of documents & Foreign Filings.
