An Enthusiastic professional fresh into the career path of Human Resources Business Partnering.Equipped with a confident, articulate and professional speaking ability along with excellent drafting and documentation skills for important business processes and procedures.As an HRBP, my primary functions and responsibilities include the following:○ Business Partnering - Maintain Regular connects and Visits to Branches/Sites and its members to establish good relations for supporting a performance driven culture in a region encompassing over 2000 employees.○ Employee Engagement - Organising Quarterly Activities based on CSR and Engagement Programs for Branch Employees.○ Employee Retention - Support Team in maintaining the agreed colleague retention rate for sales and service colleagues.○ Employee Learning And Development - Support implementation of Programs set for employees learning and growth, English Learning Programs and training for blue collar workers to enhance their future .○ Rewards and Recognition - support the RnR team with Felicitation and recognition of hard working employees and awards distribution.○ Payroll and Compensation Support - Assisting the Payroll Team with clearances and Timely inputs for compensation and incentives of employees.○ Employee Relations/Labour Relations- Dealing with Misconducts and Counselling Employees/Issuing Relevant Letters for action. Handling Labour Union members and disputes.○ Recruitment Support- Supporting the TA team for closure of Positions with assistance in interviews set up and identifying candidates with accordance to local business needs.○ HR Operations Support - Assisting the Operations team in maintaining the HR-MIS Up to date, Onboarding of employees and data Validation.○ Managing Compliances and Policy implementation - Ensuring strict Policy adherence and compliance with Safety rules and regulations.○ Data Collection and Maintenance - Successful creation and storing of MOMs (Minutes of Meeting) of the following procedures --Branch Meetings/Connects-Employee counseling/calling sessions-Employee Union Meetings - Quarterly/Memorandum of Settlement-Incident recording-Data recording in hard copy as well as soft copy format with 100% intact details and no disparities/lapses between actual facts and Sheets.Looking forward to Future challenges and Ideas in the Field of HR-Business Partnering.
