Managing and planning day to day project activities and vessel movements of two vessels (work boat and crew boat) for job completion through 8 platforms.

Worked at offshore for the hook up and installation of 6 wellhead and 2 tie-in platforms in the HASBAH gas field. Looked after planning and resource allocation for piping construction and pre-commissioning activities.

Carved the scope and schedule for offshore hook up activities for HASBAH II, planning/hiring resources – manpower, material and service agencies. Monitored and ensured structure readiness and front availability for offshore campaign before platform load out from yard.

Joined the HASBAH-II project - fabrication and precommissioning of 6 wellhead and 2 tie-in platforms for Saudi Aramco. Studied and verified nitrogen-helium test packs for piping and instrumentation systems and created a database to monitor and track pre-commissioning activities for all 8 modules.
