• Hands-on-experience in end-to-end talent /recruitment management process, Salary Negotiation, employee engagement, talent development, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, grievance handling, Offer releases, Onboarding and so on. Consult with assigned Business Heads & hiring managers to determine current and• future talent needs and create and implement workforce planning, development, and retention strategies.• Sourcing profiles using all possible channels Including Internal resource and spearheading full cycle recruitment, selection and other employment related activities for all positions.

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.• Work and form relationships with AM and AVP to know the ins and outs of their roles status and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications.• Develop and release job postings on a platform, such as social media and job boards.• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.• Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from interview preparation to assisting with final offer negotiation.• Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.• Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database.• Build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximize performance.

• Expert in the use of Job boards/Portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder etc.• Utilized the internet, resume databases, networking sites to include: linkedin.com, references, employee referrals & references, direct sourcing and targeted competitor research with targets centered within a highly cleared community as resources in finding qualified candidates.• Responsible for following and passing out Pre and Post interview feedback like time, date, contact person name, areas of improvement and if consultant selected date and place of reporting and joining from vendors or clients to consultants/employers.• Responsible for building a candidate database and recruiter network.• Strong ability to screen the candidates before Submitting to End client
