- Worked in the core team to execute various milestones/steps (DRHP, RHP, Prospecuts) in the journey of listing the company in public markets with an IPO of ~Rs.5200 Cr- Co-ordinated with close to 10 external stakeholders such as BRLMs, Legal Counsels, and Auditors to provide relevant information requests and support in other activities pertaining to IPO- Handled other critical activities such as preparation of nearly 30 statutory certificates and compilation of offer expenses for the entire deal- Involved in compiling databooks, FAQs, and other supplementary information used for Research Analyst Presentation, Book-building Roadshows and other investor engagements

-Worked in the capacity of an executive trainee in south sales division for general/traditional retail distribution channel. -Key responsibilities included retailer management, distributor management and driving field force to achieve sales figures (revenue and volume).

Was part of the Enterprise Division in the company and worked on the project of "Catalog Creation and Management for GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal".

-Was part of the team responsible for compiling the company's Annual Operating/Business Plan for FY 2017-18 by working in close coordination with the high ups including CEO, CFO, CHRO and other team heads. -Prepared the load projections for the next year at all the processing and distribution centres, conducted exhaustive analysis on the improvement in utilization rates of the company's operational centres and did an elaborate study of unit economics in terms of current and projected cost-revenue per shipment.

-The work profile involved exploring the prospect of utilizing the existing B2C transportation infrastructure to offer better and faster services to potential B2B customers across various locations in the country.-Was part of complete lifecycle development of the new B2B vertical of the company right from market research, lead generation, business development, client on-boarding, client support, operations management, leading to final product development.

-Worked on various aspects of operational supply chain to bring more agility and efficiency into the system. -Key responsibilities included optimization of first mile and last mile centres in the Chandigarh and Punjab region, processing centre and distribution centre designing, conducting time motion studies, load distribution planning, employing efficient sorting techniques, helping the operations team in maintaining service levels by clearing bottlenecks.

Trained under the EETP program for Silver,Gold and Platinum training modules spread out over a period of year with each training extending for a period of 10-15 days.The training involved the understanding of working of BSNL across the nation, their technologies such as Broadband , Optical Fibre Cables , Signal Propagation and Mobile Networks (GSM/WCDMA) .
