- Responsible for managing product, portfolio, customer experience and digital initiative projects for credit cards program from inception till delivery. - Liaise with internal stakeholders (product, portfolio, IT, QA, operations, CX) and external stakeholders (external partners, network schemes, core, and support system vendors) to prepare integrated project plans, solution design documents (BRD, User Stories) and implementation strategy.- Key projects managed- Launch of FD backed secured credit card FIRST WOW! with an end-to-end DIY journey for issuance and lifecycle management- Launch of Corporate Cards product suite to cater to spending needs of corporates. Core system enhancement to support authorizations and lifecycle management of card on file tokens. SHA 256 hash development to support EMI aggregators- 6 -8 digit BIN migration program. ISO mandate for all card payments ecosystem entities- RBI Master Circular implementation. Changes to comply with norms on fees/charges, OVL, dormancy, treatment of credits, nomination, and card closure
