CurrentAs the lead for Automation and Digital transformation projects across six Alstom sites in India, I act as a critical bridge between the Central Management team and site teams. My responsibilities encompass the end-to-end deployment of new digital tools, ensuring that they align with operational needs and organizational goals.Key Achievement:Successfully delivered the Competency Management Tool across all six Indian sites, facilitating enhanced skill tracking and workforce development.This role emphasizes collaboration, effective communication, and a focus on continuous improvement to drive operational excellence within Alstom.Additional Role: Continuous Improvement: RSC India Apart from being digital lead, I am also responsible to drive Lean Management principles and Continuous Improvement projects. Looking to resolve shop floor and other management related issues using Lean Principles and problem-solving tools such as VSM, VA/NVA, A3,8D and six sigma.
