Present Role: At RSC Operations, I am a part of Industrial Performance Management who is responsible in driving Automation and Digital Transformation projects for manufacturing sites of Alstom. Since 2023, I have introduced tools to increase operational efficiency ensuring transparency of work and data driven approach.
