Spearheading seamless integration of Digital and Automation initiatives for the business unit from a manufacturing lens.Jointly led the Ops team along with the digital team towards the business unit’s induction into World Economic Forum’s ‘Global Lighthouse Network’.ACG Capsules Pithampur is the only pharmaceutical supplier in the world with this status and the 1st and only capsule manufacturing unit in the world to receive this award.> Associate of the year for the Pithampur business unit and clinched the team of the year award across the entire Capsules group> Leading governance committee reviews to the MD, group CXOs and VPs> Part of the Group Key Talent pool

> Leading the inception of 4IR use cases for the Business unit> Understanding the business need, formulating use cases, designing UI/UX from a manufacturing unit's standpoint, ensuring seamless adoption of use cases, driving benefit realization and leading Governance Committee reviews to the MD, Group CXOs and VPs> Currently spearheading digitalization use cases as a part of Pithampur BUs nomination into the World Economic Forum's 'Global Lighthouse Network'> Initiating and driving several in-house automation projects> Introduced the ‘4 Pillar’ Strategy for FY24 Capsules Business - India Operations which was very well received and inducted.Worked on CapEx projects amounting to INR 5+ Cr.

> Developed a deep learning object detection based capsule defect identification model > Led the 'RFID based BMR digitization project'> Led a 10 member team for a Black Belt Certification drive. Managed to achieve a PPM level of less than 3.4 for a critical defect> SPOC for identifying and implementing IIoT use cases for the business unit. Defined an extensive business case and shortlisted 21 out of 105 use cases for implementation.> Assisted the Digitalization team on implementing the electronic Batch Manufacturing Project for Capsules Shirwal BU> Developed User Requirement Specifications(URS) for technical/process equipment for a Greenfield project(Aurangabad)Executed projects having a CapEx value of more than 3 cr INR in totality.

Part of the 'Aspire' cadre building initiative, with a focus on developing an individual's leadership skills, thereby developing a pipeline of future leaders for the organization.> Delivered and presented high impact projects to the top management and the Capsules COO> Successfully led a team of 7 cross functional members during a Green Belt Certification program, leading to an annual savings of INR 6.423 Mil > Led the 'End of Line Automation' project to enable automated packaging processes (comprising of case erectors, autonomous mobile robots, box taping and labelling units) > Optimized the FG Warehouse and increased the available storage capacity by 30%> Designed and developed an Automatic Powder DozerExecuted projects having a CapEx value of more than 20 lakh INR in totality.
