Financial Reporting & Analysis:Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and trends, providing insights for management decision-making.General Ledger Management:Oversee the general ledger activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.Maintain chart of accounts and implement necessary adjustments as per accounting standards.Month-end & Year-end Close Processes:Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial reports.Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies before finalizing reports.Reconciliation:Perform bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between financial records and bank statements.Handle intercompany reconciliations to consolidate financial information across subsidiaries or entities.Process Optimization & Automation:Identify inefficiencies in existing R2R processes and develop/implement improvements for increased accuracy and efficiency.Implement automation tools or systems to streamline repetitive tasks and reduce manual errors.Compliance & Internal Controls:Ensure adherence to accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and company policies.Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks and maintain compliance.
