Incoming for Winter '25, engineering fraud detection models to build Canada's first fully digital lender.

• Building RugbyAI, a new, smarter way to do sports analytics. In collaboration with the Waterloo AI Institute and the UWaterloo Men's Rugby Team.

• Developing a organization-wide chat-bot that will cater to all 5,000 employees of the NRC. • Ensuring data is secure and suitable for "Protected - B" government standards, allowing researchers to have their own secure instances of this chat-bot that can take images and documents as context.

• Developed proof of concepts for AI agent architectures that leverage LLMs to improve accuracy and efficiency in all stages of the materials research process. Used Python, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Tkinter and SQL.• Prototypes directly connects with hardware of respective labs, delivering human-accurate analysis, interpretations and extrapolations of text, numerical and graphical outputs through MatplotLib.

• Member of the Data Acquisition Unit, where I worked with the MC Flow Sensor to write a driver in C that will be used in the F1 car this upcoming season.• Utilized STM32 HAL functions associated with the interface we used, and final code was tested and validated using a Nucleo board.

• Co-Authoring a research paper about LLMs and their future in IOC (Indicator of Compromise) detection within cybersecurity. In collaboration with the SEIT lab (https://seit.egr.msu.edu/) at MSU. More information will be available upon publishing.

• Created an algorithm in Python, Power BI and SQLite that aimed to automate the selection process for a scholarship that gives out $500,000 CAD annually. Saved months of time for institute and around $50,000 CAD.• Developed web application through Django and SQLite that provides an interface for hundreds of graduate students to book office spaces. Application minimized need for manual bookings, saving hundreds of hours per month.

• Worked with founding team of emerging stealth startup, where we provide “infinite” educational resources on every topic.• Designed and developed targeted workflows for web application using OpenAI’s API and LangChain.• Presented said workflows in a full-stack web application, developed in React (for the frontend) and Node.js (for the backend).• Built function calling for JSON formatting of responses, before OpenAI’s “JSON Mode” existed.• Team generated $2.5M USD in seed funding, with launch of the product set for mid 2025.

• Conducted surveys with stakeholders of research project that spanned 1000+ researchers in 50+ institutions.• Defined scope and UI/UX elements, which led to iterate prototyping of web application through Figma.

• Implemented a system to transfer data from Excel to a SQL database stored in MS Azure.• Designed the front-end of the division website through Figma, allowing for iterative prototyping and feedback. Later implemented both front-end and back-end components of the new division site.• Consequently increased traffic to the site by 400%, allowing more communication within division.

• Worked with hundreds of people from a variety of varying backgrounds and age groups, resolving the many conflicts that would arise around the workplace. • Listened to weekly feedback provided by patrons, and implemented these ideas in future lessons.
