• Designed a marketing strategy to increase footfalls at the Haymarket, Boston.• Recommended improvements in the processes and provided solutions to operational issues.

- Executed day to day operations of Jaycee Motors (Sales. Service, Spares - 3s setup for Maruti Suzuki India Ltd)- Setup internal sales, service & spares targets.- Established review mechanisms to maximize profits through all business opportunities like sales, service, spares, accessories, insurance, exchange etc.- Identified and tapped rural market (suburban) segments to create new business opportunities.- Designed and implemented marketing campaigns to enter emerging markets, organized below the line activities such as customer meets, rural connect programs.- Launched an online portal to establish a new market for the generation of sales and services..- Formed a formal HR department for Jaycee Motors & Jaycee Motors Corporation which was important for the success of corporate restructuring:- Achieved an average complaint resolution time of less than 24 hrs and directed activities for Customer Satisfaction and Sales Satisfaction Index.- Designed a new CI for Jaycee group incorporating basic elements like corporate logo, uniforms, standardized offices etc. creating a standardized look across dealerships and establishing Jaycee as a brand.- Represented the organizations across various forums.- Organized conferences to recognize employee achievements called Jaycee Annual Business Review
