My main markets are : USA, Qatar, UAE, Oman, Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia, South Africa and Singapore.Our focus markets for year 2020 and 2021 will be Singapore and Malaysia.     This company was one of the biggest supplier to my previous company and faced challenges to maintain consistency, timely delivery and presentation of product. I joined the company to solve this problem and also develop new export clients for them. During my tenure found that the company was not able to maintain consistency as it was not recording it's final product spec in a proper format and the management was not auditing it, so I corrected that. I joined the company to solve this problem and also develop new export clients for them. During my tenure found that the company was not able to maintain consistency as it was not recording it's final product spec in a proper format and the management was not auditing it, so I corrected that. The company was reluctant on buying a sophisticated packing machine due to lack of technical man power, we choose a supplier with condition that he will train our staff for 6 months and that was sorted. Parallelly, I worked on prioritising production for export even at the times of high domestic demand - which helped us become more reliable sourcing partners for our export buyers. I have one regret, in middle of all this improvements that I was working on - I could not deliver much growth in terms of export sales turnover. Show less

Added products like C1S, carbon less paper from India, mirror coated paper and colour coated paper to the existing product line. During various inspections visits to the paper mills, I had developed our suppliers in branding their product well for exports, I made them adapt international packing requirements for better presentation and product safety and while doing that for the, same price, got my company a better marketable product from the same vendors.
