Leading a team of 7 analysts to ensure smooth analytics delivery, innovation and focussed approach towards growing MiQs revenue underpinned by analytics. My team works with the US commercial office based out of NYC that handle's annual revenue worth 120M$+ from ~94 advertisers and has helped grow it ~12% YoY . We've worked on analytics projects varying in complexity right from building basic tableau dashboards for ad campaigns to product affinity linked custom bidding models for advertisers.Also leading a few initiatives at an org level as well such as Tentpole Events & Vertical related research to create actionable insights and custom solutions, growing employee engagement through social activities across the year, central onboarding initiatives & hiring.

Working with a team of business analysts, product managers and data scientists to help improve the feed experience for users on DH by analysing user app data and running experiments based on the learnings for more than 23 Million Daily Active UsersImplementing new avenues with in the feed such as multi-session engagement attribution, story card carousels, smaller cards for better engagement during poor connectivity, short video highlights covering events, survey cards to capture user data points, etc. Working on and overseeing building of Tableau Dashboards as the org has adopted Tableau very recently. Defining reporting frameworks and overseeing automation of reports to track, measure and analyse user behavior and publishers' performance along with tracking performance of ongoing experiments.

As an analyst, I work with a diverse team to make sure the right ad is shown to the right person by analyzing the data from multiple data sources to help set up the campaign, get optimization suggestions, build insights, build activation strategies and work on vertical studies. Technologies - SQL, Excel, HiveQL, Tableau, R, VBADSP (Ad buying platform) - Xandr (Appnexus), Google Display&Video360Big Data Services/Platforms - Qubole, S3, AWSAnalytics Delivery - Insights built for multiple advertisers across different verticals right from e-retail, travel, entertainment, sports to even betting and Birdwatching which have contributed to better client engagement and increase in spends with MiQ. Worked on pitches for new advertisers using our internal datasets as well as externally available datasets and APIs. Have also helped optimize campaign spends by segmenting the right audiences and by adding new targeting strategies based off custom built ideas based on the advertiser.Products - Have built multiple Analytical dashboards end to end for both internal as well as external audiences which involved robust requirement gathering, development, productionalizing, adoption and tracking utilization. Also drive the usage of a few of MiQ's major products within the team as a stakeholder to ensure they continue to evolve and are used to drive the best results as a team.Org Building - Actively involved with hiring the best analytics talent for MiQ. Have mentored new joiners and enabled them to deliver to the best of and add to, their capabilities. Also involved in taking vertical and analytical based training sessions right from art of insights building to products at MIQ. Started an org-wide sports initiative called the MiQ Olympics which sees an annual participation of 200+ employees. Part of the Social committee which ensures employee engagement levels stay positive and help with team building with both online and offline activities and experiences.

Project: Employee and Operations Performance Analysis Framework (October 2016 - June 2017)Environment: Tableau, SQL, MS-Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, ClaimCenterDescription: Working with one of Australia's largest insurance providers to develop a reporting framework using Tableau to analyse the employee and operations performance over multiple attributes such as costs associated with the claim, performance of the employee, customer satisfaction, etc. Worked with a 20 member team in an agile framework consisting of 9 production releases.Impact: Team Leaders, Managers and CXOs were now able to analyse the employees' and operational performances for the past 2 years in a single framework consisting of 30+ dashboards to help make better decisions.

Coordinating the work among the various departments of logistics, publicity, accounts, human resources etc. Plan and organize IEEEs own technical fest, Seminars and other meet ups. Look after the promotions, work progress and other regular activities of all the coordination committee members
