Served as Placement Convener at Training and Placement Cell of NIT Raipur, where I guided students for placement drives and liaised with HRs to invite companies for campus placements. Coordinated among the team, branch departments, Career Development Cell, students, maintained records and database. Ensured that the placement drives were conducted smoothly and efficiently, strengthened corporate relations, and improved the placement stats in the post-pandemic scenario.

Led a dynamic team of 72 individuals who worked with me on driving all communication, marketing and strategic decisions. Successfully secured sponsors for the event. Managed INR750K with scrupulous planning and foresightedness. Statistically handled 350 delegates, 100 participants, 11 speakers that called for efficient documentation, data organisation, PR and leadership with a team of 72 people.

During my tenure, I streamlined the club’s operations and standardized its activities, while still allowing for creative freedom of the members. This improved the efficiency of the club, allowing us to conduct more workshops, exhibitions, photowalks, and competitions. Boosted visibility of club and its activities, which helped us gain more recognition. As a result was able to get the club’s budget increased by 5 times when the whole college’s budget was reduced. The club’s social media presence grew by 350% and club following by 40%. Our major event saw a 4-fold footfall.

Developed campaigns and strategies that significantly increased the brand presence and audience engagement with the target audience by nearly 60%, and increased brand awareness, resulting in an average 90% increase in followers across all platforms. Analysed media coverage and social media analytics to measure the success of campaigns and adjusted strategies accordingly. Conducted A/B testing and developed CTA campaigns for different social media platforms. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to strategize and implement offline marketing and brand awareness campaigns. Also managed social media platforms and developed content plans and strategies.

Managed multiple categories such as Esports, Finance, Entertainment, Cryptocurrencies, etc. I monitored key performance indicators to improve category performance. I researched and created events for the platform in multiple categories. Once the events ended, I closed the events and completed the trade cycle through an automated channel.
