ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESIT Operations:• Leading & managing a team of 20 members delivering day-to-day Service Desk operations in a 24/7 environment for PAN India operations and International, Incident Analysis, documentation, Staffing, IT Budgeting & resource planning being the core responsibilities.• Handle multiple lines of business within IT such as Service Desk, Deskside Support, CXO support, Ticket Mgmt., IT asset Mgmt. and Network operation center(NOC).ERP Products Management:• Implementation & Post-production GO LIVE support for Enterprise Applications- Oracle Fusion & EBS R12, SAP S4/HANA, Successfactors HR portal etc.• Techno-Functional Expertise in Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report modules (AP, AR, PO, GL,FA, Inventory, Expense Management, etc. Modules).• Good experience in Reports, BI, Workflows, Customizations, etc.• Handling single-handedly SAP SF HR portal Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance and Goals and Reporting Module.• Define the product roadmap and ensure successful product delivery.• End to End Implementation support overall practice leadership.IT Infrastructure management:• Monitoring IT Data Center and Infrastructure with 40+ Servers and Virtual Machines on Azure and on-premise.• Hands-on experience in configuring Vnet, Security policies, VPN gateways, Tunneling, Subnets etc. on azure/AWS.• Monitoring and troubleshooting servers & storage health on daily basis.• Windows security patching, upgrades, and client endpoint security.Network operation center(NOC)• Rich Experience in Firewalls, Access points, core switches, wireless controllers, WAP, SD-WAN, LAN etc.• Managing a team at OLA who responsible for the entire network for Pan India• Working with ISPs to ensure that the network up with an SLA of 99.00%• Create redundancy to ensure we have backups for the internet and VPN• Managed successful migration of critical production and contingency servers with no impact to business
