I am a development professional with a Master’s in Public Policy and over three years of diverse experience spanning corporate and social sectors. Currently, I am part of the Women’s Empowerment team at Seva Mandir, working on initiatives to address gender-based violence and other gender issues through community-led programs and institutions.My career has been shaped by unique and diverse opportunities, including a stint at Ernst & Young as an Assurance Associate and impactful rural fellowships at SBI Youth for India and EDF Climate Corps. These experiences have allowed me to engage deeply with themes of gender, education and other areas of rural development -honing my skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, curriculum design and capacity building.Beyond work, I am passionate about cricket, enjoy debating and would fancy playing a game of chess.
