Owing to my strong grip on data, I was provided the responsibility to lead the product strategy for the data team. Some of the products I strategised includes, the standardisation of data over 50+ user variables for DS & ML models, launch of Superset for advanced analytics.In addition to this I was able to devise plan for Adserver Roadmap, where I contributed towards the strategy of Minimising Fraudulent Clicks, launch of Ad-GPT (build on Chat GPT), Increased Ad Serving using real-time bidding mechanism and reduced ad-serving through cache to 1% (earlier ~30% ads were being served through Cache).

ACE (Automated Campaign Optimisation Engine)ACE as the name suggests automatically optimises the campaigns with minimum manualoptimisation interventions, thus intend to increase both performance and efficiency.Success indicators of the project:a). Increased the CTR by more than 50%.b). eCPM lifted by ~35%.c). Successfully scaled 90%+ campaigns on ACE.2. Launch of Video Banners: While the digital world is still capitalising on the static banners, we introduced video banners to gauge the users' attention.It does not only improved the Click-Through-Rate of the display ads, but also instrumented the lift in CVRs.

Helped the clients with the data backed reports. Some of reports I worked upon includes:1. Mindshare India & Vidooly Report: COVID-19's Impact on Online Video Consumption TrendsAs the pandemic shook the world, we were intrigued to understand its impact on the digital consumption, specially changes in the video consumption trends and thus did an extensive research and data analysis to create this report (now publicily available).2. Content Recommendation for Amazon MiniTV Launch: I led the project and worked on various engagement metrics (e.g, Video Engagement, Retention Rates, Decay Rates, Audience Affinity etc.) to understand the most popular genres and videos among the digital masses.Apart from the data analytics and reporting work, I was heavily involved in the automation of manual tasks, which includes automation of data fetching through google APIs (using python), automated cleaning of the raw data, etc.
