I began my journey in the people care business by pursuing an MBA specialization in Human Resource from IIM Ranchi. I am a passionate learner, always seeking out new challenges to test myself.In my current role, I have gained exposure in business partnering, employee engagement, learning and development (L&D), performance management systems (PMS), market research, and benchmarking. I've led projects aimed at developing an end-to-end OKR library for business, facilitating capability and skill mapping for employee career growth, employee engagement and enhancing our performance management system to prioritize role contributions and upskilling.Before embarking on my HR journey, I spent over three years as a software engineer at Capgemini Engineering, where I specialized in developing 4G/5G protocol features and designing comprehensive testing environments. My expertise in agile methodology and dedication to resolving customer issues promptly earned me the WOW-Team Excellence Award for my contributions to the NR Emergency feature release in 2020.With a solid background in electronics and communications, including a B.Tech degree from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and multiple certifications in the field, I'm committed to driving innovation and making impactful contributions. My research on EEG parameters during navigation, published in IEEE XPLORE, reflects my dedication to pushing the boundaries of knowledge in my field.
