This position is accountable for the Engine Components & Systems (EC&S) hardware, process, and system development, system integration, and validation for Caterpillar Large reciprocating engines. This includes all turbochargers, air and exhaust system piping and heat shields, wastegates, air shutoffs, lubricating and cooling system hardware, and crankcase ventilation. The position is accountable for New Product Introduction (NPI), New Technology Introduction (NTI), and Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) commitments for internal and external suppliers. This position leads a global team of 100+ members across the company’s reciprocating engine platforms.
