As a Sr. UX Designer at Info Edge, I lead the design and branding of a new app to help top techies in their job switch journey, introducing features such as personal assistance, enhanced job descriptions, recruiter waves, and gamified profile completion. I also introduced a design system to enable efficient workflows and faster product launches.With a dual degree (B.Des. + M.Des.) from IIT Bombay and an exchange program at École des Arts Décoratifs, Paris, I have a strong foundation in design thinking, user research, and user interface design. I have applied these skills to various projects, such as redesigning the web product for recruiters to close hiring for premium tech roles, increasing customer satisfaction and retention, and creating a new feature to let recruiters reach out to candidates anonymously, achieving a 90% response rate.I am passionate about challenging problems and collaborating with talented and kind individuals.
