• Led a multi-million-dollar factory upgradation project, with 200+ wafer Sort and Etest equipment to enable production of next generation of chips.• Managed and led alignment among a large team of vendors (designer, technicians, EHS, field service engineers and construction coordinators) to converge for a common goal of new product development.

• Implemented lean manufacturing principles to improve PM green to green time- savings of 30 hr./wk. in downtime and boosting output by 2000 wafers / wk. which increases revenue by millions of dollars per week. • Developed an “excursion protection system” to detect abnormalities in process parameters to prevent potential loss of wafers/ downtime. • Developed SQL and Business Intelligence queries to automate the detection of ISO9001 non-compliant charts/activities – 7 hr./wk savings of engineering time.• Led a factory efficiency team to develop automated post PM equipment qualification-10 hr./wk. savings of technician time.

• Established the research program for the newly appointed Principal Investigator-from empty space to a working lab.• Delivered an end-to-end product for the sponsor, from conceptualization to a working prototype-acetone sensor for human breath to detect blood glucose. 2 patents granted. • Managed and delivered 4 projects life cycle (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & control and closing).

• Conceptualized and implemented project milestones using QuickBase Cloud data services, leading to timely and on-budget project delivery.
