Served as the IT Program Management Team Lead for the successful merger of two mid-sized private banks. This included an upgrade of the Core Banking System, Data migration from the erstwhile bank to the amalgamated entity, Integration of ~ 500 branches to the bank's network, payment systems, regulatory reporting, migration of customers from the erstwhile bank's internet and mobile banking systems to the amalgamated entity's systems, etc.

Led a critical Core System Upgrade Project for a Large Broking Service Firm, taking end-to-end responsibility for the successful implementation of the TCS BaNCS Securities Trading and Processing application. Accountable for project success, effectiveness, on-time delivery, and business outcome, I ensured seamless integration of a wide range of products across Equity, Equity Derivative, Currency Derivatives, IPO, and Mutual Fund Asset Classes, resulting in a substantial increase in trading volumes.

Worked on a Digitization Project for a large Housing Finance Company wherein I:1. Spearheaded the end-to-end project management of a digitization initiative for a large Housing Finance Company, overseeing all aspects of the Service Request Module implementation utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM.2. Governed implementation, testing, and deployment process, activities, and timelines3. Supported the Application Vendor in the Implementation4. Gave Recommendations on the scope and value of process digitization5. Provided Production Support by analyzing issues, identification of bugs, and providing workarounds6. Conducted business and IT workshops to provide a walk-through of the recommended processes. This included workshops for BRD sign-offs7.
