Responsible for maintaining a highly organized and centralized document management system for receiving/ dispatching, data entering/updating, processing/distributing, filing and archiving of different kinds of project documents like contract drawings, contract specification, ongoing construction documents etc. Document registration and tracking of all type of documents in Primavera Expedition including Correspondence, Transmittals, circulars, memos, Drawings etc.Maintain document control System and generate the document status reports.Dealing with the Weekly reports, Monthly reports, Minutes, Memo, Master plan Reports, Design reports, Invoices, Payment Certificates for Projects Control and Contracts Departments. Supervise all the activities in Document Room for effective document control, assures efficiency and properly implementing the document procedures.Establish and maintain methods for filing for all correspondence in accordance with the contract requirements.Prepare and maintain all the documents for project close out and maintain a close out log separately.
