• On-site representative for the Medical Equipment Department • Preparation of document related to work Testing & commissioning documents , Method Of Statement of each item , WIR, MIR, Sample Tag etc... • Attending MIR WIR T&C Sample Inspection with Consultant, End-user, as part of Medical equipment Contractor• Preparing and updating for all logs related to Site for weekly submission Onsite room by room tracker room by room clearance, clearance date from main contractor installation date, installation , inspection date T&C date , training handing over etc..• Updating and submitting weekly – Site room by Room Tracker Delivery Log, T&C Log MIR Log, WIR Log Sample Log, Method Of Statement log, RFBO, NCR etc..• Control project progress of internal and external resources (suppliers / manufactures) based on approved Vamed • Installation Schedule with a particular focus on: Start & Finish date & Milestones (zone readiness, material delivery to site) • Collecting the samples and ensuring the procedures are followed, as per the main client policies. • Monitoring Equipment store Condition daily wise temperature, humidity etc. for both sensitive AC store & Normal storage.• Checking the delivery items as per the Approved Submittal. and Coordinating with Supplier/Manufacture. • Conduct Installation Inspections once installation of equipment has been completed & Conduct site surveying and setting out, dimensional controls. • Marking the location of medical equipment as per the shop Drawing. • Site visiting and giving instructions to all workers and supervisors about the job • Checking requirements for each Equipment in the site as per the Shop drawing prior to installation• Coordinate with main contractor and subcontractor in the site for our requirement

• Measuring the dry film thickness of applied coatings using different gauges.• Preparing the report to submit to the client• Supervising the applicators and sub contractors• Work order preparation and managing the overtime and payroll for the sub contractors

• Prepare Contractor’s Quality Control Plan inline with the Client’s Project Quality Plan• Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC manager• Conduct Radiography Tests and submit the reports to the client• Prepare QC Reports• Co-ordination with Third Party Inspection and preparing reports.• Responsible for Monthly and/or Milestone Production plan.• Actively took part in company’s production and quality control activities
