Responsible for monitoring catreing equipment on a daily basis. Ensure that food quality and presentation was consistent as per menu specification

Resposible for loading of in flight meals for Sun Air. Ensure correct quantity of meals loaded. Liaise with the cabin crew with regards to any problems experienced
