I was managing end-to-end growth strategy of the retail as well as wholesale value chain leading to sales growth of more than 70% in 4 years.

I worked as a pre-sales consultant and my key responsibilities were RFP response, strategy planning, end-to-end bid management, and client coordination. I also worked in the process transition team and got an opportunity to travel to China for process mapping and transition. I was also part of the service delivery assurance team and ensured people-process mapping as per industry standards.

I performed market research to understand the requirements of the target segment and devised the strategy to launch the National Finance Career Aptitude Test. I also designed the structure of the test and suggested various promotional events.
