I am an Agile Service Desk Analyst with a passion for providing top-notch IT support and solving technical issues. I have a PMI-ACP certification and multiple LinkedIn courses on Agile methodologies, user stories, and retrospectives. I also have a strong background in Python programming, which I learned during my Associate's degree in Computer Programming from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, where I graduated with a Dean's Honour Letter in 2023.Before joining Buchanan Technologies as a Service Desk Analyst in October 2023, I worked as a Technical Analyst at Bell Technical Solutions for eight months, and as a Data Programmer at BMR Group Ottawa for over a year. In these roles, I gained valuable experience in network operating systems, web development, data analysis, and quality assurance testing. I also collaborated with diverse teams and clients on multiple projects, using Agile principles and practices to deliver high-quality results. I am excited to contribute to the success of the IT team and users at Buchanan Technologies, and to continue learning and growing in this field.
