JOB DESCRIPTION Support commissioning of boiler and turbine like –• Pre 1st hydro air leak test of pressure parts.• Hydrotesting of pressure parts.• Air path and flue gas path duct leak test.• Sand blasting of various pipelines.• Burner testing.• Looking for any punch points and correcting them.• Discussing daily planning with the team.• Completed successful RDO, ABO • Steam blowing activities.• Lube oil flushing• Condenser flood test.• BFP commissioning activities like lube oil pressure setting of bearings lube oil flushing, like open feed water flushing, motor no load test, load test of both motor and pump.• CEP commissioning activities.• MOV, control valve testing.• HP heater and LP heater steam commissioning activities like shell side and water side flushing, hydrotesting• Feedwater line hydrotesting.• Lift check of turbine rotor.• Lube oil pressure setting of individual turbine bearings.• First time Vacuum pulling and looking for any air ingress.
