As a Technology Analyst at Infosys, I apply my knowledge of Networking, VoIP, WiFi, Broadband TCP/IP networking and Python to test and improve various projects involving CPE devices / home gateway and Wi-Fi products. I have been working in this role since July 2023, and have been part of the Infosys team as a Senior System Engineer since November 2020. I have a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Siksha 'O' Anusandhan University, where I graduated in 2020. I also have experience as an Event Organizer at Red FM, where I have been organizing and managing events since July 2018. I have strong interpersonal communication skills, a high degree of flexibility, and an openness to change and challenges. My goal is to deliver quality and efficient solutions to clients and stakeholders, and to learn and grow as a professional in the IT industry.
