Hi, I am Rishav and I recently completed my studies in Businesses Management in International Business from Lambton College, Mississauga in December 2018. I learned about Canadian market, business, economy, finance, and international trade relations. I studied Business, International-Business, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Human Resource and few more related subjects. Also, I completed my co-op as Shift Supervisor at Popeyes, where my duties were dealing with customers, including handeling cash, managing inventory, creating schedules for the team member and responding to any enquires regarding the store and managing the store on my shift. I am currently working full time as a Cellular Technician at Samsung Experience Store, Sherway Gardens Mall Etobicoke. I started working here in September 2019. My job duties includes repairing Samsung smartphones, on which I was trained by Samsung in order to perform my job mindfully and smoothly. Apart from repair I need to perform administrative work, checking inventory (parts), learning about new updates on devices and software and perform quality control on devices. Also, I am working part-time as a Machine Operator at KWE, Brampton. I have been working here from more than an year now. My job duties includes receiving, warehousing and shipping wire-harness. In addition I have experience in Insurance Industry - Life Insurance as, I worked with LIC - Life Insurance Corporation of India for an year while persuing my college degree (BBA). I dealt with customers directly like one to one conversation and educate customer about the policies suitable from them and helping them choose the right one. And after customer's consent preparing the Policy and receiving payment. Also, I have a bit of experience of with content writing as I wrote articles about technology, politics, current affairs, climate and more for many companies which they published on thier web pages. So, I have a bit of experience with wordpress too. Though it was a freelance job while I was in college. My agenda about working is try to deal every situation with ease and try to get as much advantage of a opportunity you can because you never know what would be next opportunity, it could be better or could be worst but it will never be the same. As an employee I like to work in team, assign roles or get assigned and perform a duly check in order to make sure we doing it right and everyone is on the same page. I also believe in overall growth of the whole team and not a single entity.
