Overall responsibility of Telecom project and O&M Related Activities i.e.civil,electrical,Towers,cabling work,SCM,EB,MC Related issues,BTS Related works,RF Planning,Liasoniong with various people Govt as well as local people, legal issues and complete handover of project to O&M and also support to O&M for reduction of outages on sites.Coordination with site acquisition team and commercial for immediate commissioning.Effective Project Management Skills.
