• Recommend changes to current processes to provide more effective use of the HRIS and take the lead to implement these changes (i.e. employment changes, performance management, recruitment).• Support the implementation/maintenance of various modules.• Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data. Audit HR data and troubleshoot irregularities. Support data governance processes.• Provide support/Answers to stakeholders, employees, end-users and to the different departments such as IT, Finance, Payroll and Time & Labor queries.• Analyze and report the need for system enhancement or customization. Create, generate, and maintain effective HR reporting, including turnover, headcount, and other key metrics to drive organizational effectiveness with the help of Query Manager.• Create and maintain documentation of reporting processes and training guides for end-users.• Develop a regular monthly audit schedule to review the integrity of data in the HRIS system and databases.• Coordinate with IT, payroll/e HR, consultants, and finance, to implement plan changes as necessary.• SOX Audits and UAT testing.• Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS upgrades or patches.• Generates ad-hoc HR related reports by running queries and analyzing data for accuracy.
