- Spearheaded cabin crew recruitment in my tenure as talent acquisition professional- Designed and executed the SOPs from interview to joining across various touchpoints- Coordinated with different stakeholders to execute the mass recruitment drives in different parts of the country- Contributed in recruitment of internal and external professionals of different vertical/ground roles

- Inflight Magazine : Managed analytics for the digital issue & designed SOP for the upliftment of physical issue across hubs on all fleet- Contributed in designing and sending out organizational updates as part of monthly newsletter and Internal communications- Undertook end-to-end vendor management for enabling department led-campaigns. Successfully executed campaigns for new route launches and organizational milestones- Liaised with multiple stakeholders and potential vendors to lay the foundation for the company's carbon and plastic offsetting projects- Spearheaded Vistara Wellness Initiative 2.0, the flagship CSR programme, across the airline's domestic network and also contributed in other CSR initiatives - Planned, designed, and executed the virtual auction for unclaimed articles left behind in the aircraft

Travel Vision Document 2030 :Actively researched the current trend of travel in India amid COVID restrictions. Surveyed and compiled data and solutions from different stakeholders to understand the new normal for travel in India. Drafted the report with the Accenture team as they were the technology partner to provide ease of travel by introducing tech-savvy tools for the travel Industry.

As an integral part of the operations team, I was responsible for coordination with Tour operators, Travel agents, hotels, airlines, guides, vendors, transporters, suppliers, Indian restaurants in different cities of central Europe for special rates and curate customized tours. Worked closely with other teams to execute large group tours.
